For our breakfasts, aperitifs, and dinners, we offer
our guests fresh and authentic products that respect the environment
and the territory, sourced from our organic farm Terre del Favonio
or from small local businesses, favoring short supply chains.
We select local, artisanal, and organic products to support small Sicilian enterprises and bring you the living flavors and aromas of our land:
from jams to honey, cheeses to natural wines, beers, and our extra virgin olive oil.
Sharing these products with our guests is a small mission based on a deep love for our island.
