Rates include vat at 22%. rates are intended per room, per night, and for breakfast.

A 30% deposit of the total cost of your stay is required to confirm your reservation in this case, you can pay by providing your credit card details and the authorization to debit. the relative amount (mastercard or visa accepted) or by bank transfer.

For cancellations made up to 10 days before your arrival date the deposit will be withheld in any case.

If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

In order to guarantee the applicability of the above-mentioned conditions, you will be required to provide your credit card details and to expressly accept the cancellation policy.
